- Q. The MPEG file is not re-encoded only where necessary, is it possible?
A. TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 6 does not support Smart Rendering
where only the cut-edited parts of the source are re-encoded at output,
leaving intact the other parts' data. Use "TMPGEnc MPEG Smart Renderer 5" to take advantage of its Smart Rendering function.
